SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Role: Senior Systems Engineer
Location: Oxford Circus, London or Hemel Hempstead, UK
Basic Salary: Competitive commission structure with uncapped OTE.

Charles Square are looking for Senior Systems Engineers to join our team. Ideally you will have previous experience in an IT Solution Provider environment, have in-depth knowledge in troubleshooting and the hunger to learn and progress yourself as well as bringing something special to the company. We are looking for passionate geeks who live and breathe technology.
Daily tasks and duties
As part of the team you will get involved in everyday support, BAU and exciting project work remotely and on customer sites in London and Globally. You will work closely with your colleagues in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of different IT infrastructures whilst offering user support.
Responsibilities
Support a wide range of technologies from vendors including Cisco, eSentire, Microsoft, Nimble, Tintri and VMWare. Troubleshoot desktop, server, network issues, providing high level documentation such as root cause analysis where appropriate. Configure and troubleshoot client environments. Assist the team in support and troubleshooting. Document, Document, Document!
Required Skills and Qualifications
MCP, MCSA, MCSE, VCP or 4+ years in an IT Solution Provider environment. Experience, configuring, supporting and troubleshooting complex environments. A passion to play with technology and understand how things work. Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment that is full of distractions. Ability to self-manage tasks and accept guidance and positive criticism.
Hours and Environment
Contracted hours are 08:45 – 17:15, Monday to Friday, with 1 hour for lunch. It is expected that all staff members will go above and beyond this to meet targets and deadlines. Whilst the role is office-based a lot of time will be spent travelling and meeting clients and prospects, along with attending networking events, as appropriate.

Charles Square are looking for a New Business IT Sales Executive to join our team. Must have a proven track record of developing and acquiring new business. A hunger to progress yourself as well as bring something special to the company.
Daily tasks and duties
As part of the team you will be developing new business accounts. Win and close business, with successful negotiation skills and contracts.
Responsibilities
Sell a wide range of technologies from vendors including Cisco, Dell, HP, Microsoft, Nimble, Palo Alto and VMWare to name just a few. Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. Achieving and smashing clear sales targets. Generate a strong sales pipeline for the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years proven track record in an IT / VAR Sales environment. Positive, organised and entrepreneurial attitude. High level of commercial awareness. Ability to self-manage tasks and accept guidance and positive criticism.
